Arunachal Pradesh is a mountainous region situated in the North-Eastern part of India. Itanagar is the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The main occupation of the people of Arunachal Pradesh is agriculture. The people of Arunachal Pradesh have the Asian origin and resemble Tibetans and people from the hill stations of Myanmar. The place is endowed with thick green forests, minerals and hydel power resources. The pleasant climate supports vegetation. The principal crops of the state are rice, maize, wheat, millets, pulses, potatoes, sugarcane, oilseeds and mainly fruits. The climatic condition of the state attracts hundreds of tourists. The state has a number of resorts and hotels that cater to the needs of all the tourists visiting the place.
